How to Submit a Pre-Screening Application 

We are happy to accept applications on a first come, first served basis by submitting from your computer, in person or by mail to apply for any vacant apartments, apartments on notice or our waitlists.

If submitting an application from your Desktop Computer, please complete the following steps:

• Download application
• Fill out application
• Email completed application to CheshireChase@slnusbaum.net
• Mail or drop off the $11 application fee per applicant 18 years or older to:
